Aidan, Meghan on mic, and Marta! The Chic-A-Boom Room put on yet another one of their tantalizing Cabaret performances highlighting 45 amazingly talented, vivacious, and fabulous female dancers rocking the stage in super sexy neon brights and flashy glowing lights – so fun!!
Electronic Cabaret Part 1 was just so fabulous that they
brought it back, better than ever for all of you darlings! If you missed the crazy buzz that was
going on here at DivaGirl about the show and I’m therefore sounding to you
like Charlie Brown’s grade school teacher (you know... womp, womp, womp, talking
nonsense) then my dear Diva check out my review, Neon Brights, Bandos & Bodysuits: The Chic-A-Boom-Room Presents Electronic Cabaret! You’ll be up to
speed in no time!
Alrighty, so this was choreographed and produced by Artistic
Director Carla Catherwood and her inspiration for this was bang on! The show
brought you not only complete and ultimate entertainment with their darling dancers
working up a sweat, twirling in hoops, and arousing the crowd with their sexy
moves but also spread techno-logy love!
From the pumping techno beats, deejay spinning on stage,
“Steve Jobs” dance where the girls had their phones in hand while werking it
(uh obviously they’re that talented and techno savvy), and Meghan’s intro song
being from House deejay Kaskade's "Eyes", the show
made it clear that everything electro is HOT and here to stay!
Okay, this one was a sexy sequel so what was switched up
from the first show you ask? Well sit tight darling and let me tell ya! Electronic Cabaret Part 2 was all the same sassy, sexy, and
funkiness of Part 1 with a few sultry twists!
Firstly, Maria
was absolutely amazing with her solo performance taking the place of Pastel
Supernova on this one. She was a real show stopper and quite the little tease
of the guy brave enough to be brought on stage for a lap dance - burlesque
style! Can you say “Meeeeow!” It was actually too hot to handle! Really the
dude had to put on a pair of shades because the sexiness that was radiating off
of Maria was too just too much - I mean look at the pic below, can you blame him? She had a
whip in hand for one thing and the hottest, tiniest neon green bodysuit and those moves, POW! Her sexy, elegant, and bold dancing along with confident on stage attitude was enough to make any man melt right there centre stage for all to see. Sorry hunny, male egos are checked at the door while these girls are werking it!
Next, the deejay on stage busted out a few of her own moves during one of the sets. It was unexpected and really fun! This was a fabulous way to incorporate her and really allowed the music to be ingrained into the show rather than the usual off to the side, hidden away, phantom deejay like we're used to. Plus she’s also a sassy female and we're all about the girl power!
One other little add-on was Meghan looking so divine
in that Lady Gaga inspired white wig! She did a costume switch up ditching the
hat for something a smidge different and it was fabulous! Plus she swung upside down and all around for her hoop routine and still kept the wig in tact and quite composed, kudos!
The Chic-A-Boom Room still have lots in store for you so stay connected! Follow them on Facebook and take a looksie at their upcoming events! Santa Baby is coming up December 14th and will heat up your Christmas, check it out! |
