High Society - An Exclusive Affair in Review

"You know you make me want to SHOUT!

It isn't just an everyday occassion where you get to exclusively mingle with the hot urban crowd of our amazing city and participate in what was a decant scandal, teasing the senses with "nice girl" props - feather dusters for more that just chores, sexy boas, and pantyhose flying off a desperate housewife ready to let lose and be scandalous! The show was starred in an intimate spot tucked away, secret society style  in what used to be a burlesque nightclub fit with vintage pieces that set the mood ever so nicely for their High Society crowd!

Here's Anna, such a darling!

High Society is a creation of the wonderful Anna Jaeger in collaboration with DivaGirl Entertainment and The Chic-A-Boom Room. Anna's vision for the show was to create an original burlesque style skit  made suitable for all walks of life. She wanted people to come, have fun and enjoy the show while ensuring it was kept classy for all those parents watching, including her own. As you continue to read this and later my intimate interview with the ladies you'll come to realize how breathtaking, captivating, and so cocktail hour this show really was. Anna herself is the epitome of what a darling, classy woman would be - inside and out, so no surprise here that her show would resemble the very same thing.

So let's chat on the show shall we! Anna was right on par with bringing her classic burlesque show style to life and all four on stage were so enjoyable to watch, be entertained by and allowed you forget what era we're actually in - bring on the Jazz and let's do the Charleston Divas! Each performance got better and better and kept interesting by the combination of solos, dance sets with two and four and their quirky ad libs, sassy attitude, and clear chemistry all have with each other. 

Yes you dust around good sir!

It was so fun for the audience to watch and get lost in because it was like they were all playing dress up and having fun with each other pretending to compete for the sexiest outfit, dance move, and eye bat - so fun! All the messing around was so engaging for the audience - Meghan and Marta brought a guy on stage and had a little fun with their feather duster, Kate and Anna ran around room chasing after each other and dancing up on the bar, it was all so fabulous!

One of my fav dance numbers was their "Diamonds Are a Girl's Best Friend" routine! Firstly, how can any girl not love a routine based on diamonds, hello! To watch this one front row Click here - you know you wanna!
