Dance Grooves
Dance Grooves is a dance class series designed to highlight the important aspects of fitness, dance and fun. In this workshop, you will experience the different styles of dance of Broadway Jazz, Hip Hop, Bellydance, Disco, Salsa and Bollywood. Get up and dance!

Sexy Fitness
Get fit- sexy styles! In this workshop, we focus on learn basic movements on three various platforms: standing, wall and floor. Choreography and teaching ideas are offer to aid in the creation of a sexy fitness class for the average woman!

Each workshop is credited with 2 FIS CECs with CanFit Pro!

Sexy Fitness: Wednesday, June 16th: 8-10:30PM
Dance Grooves: Wednesday, June 30th: 8-10:30PM

DivaGirl’s Goddess Makeover is a customized dance class series, limited to only five (5) Divas per season. By participating in this program, you receive the following:

- Five (5) private dance/fitness sessions* with Laura Furtado, International Dancer, Instructor & Choreographer, and Owner of DivaGirl Inc.
o Your personalized sessions will include both toning/stretching techniques along with personalized choreography
